| In 1999, A remodeling project of ours involving a vintage house in Swarthmore was the focus of an hour long nationally broadcast television show "Gimme Shelter." Creative Dwellings Inc. is an approved contractor and Kevin Castellan Is a qualified installer with the Pa Department of Environmental Protection's Pennsylvania Sunshine Rebate Program for Solar Electric Grants. We designed/built and maintain a solar house in Media, PA demonstrating the possibilities and aesthetic use of building integrated solar shingles. This house, located at 111 Manchester Avenue in Media, was featured in the Philadelphia Million Solar Roofs tour as part of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association Solar House Tour of 2003.
